The Croatan Women’s Club invites you to celebrate ✌️ Hippie Halloween ✌️ at our October 20th social hosted at the home of CWC icon Linda Richie - 517 S. Atlantic Ave.
Dress up for Halloween like it’s the summer of love — think Woodstock, bell bottoms, suede fringe or retro rock stars — and don’t forget to show up with a few flowers in your hair.
🌼 It’s the perfect excuse to get creative, laugh with the ladies, and enjoy a groovy night that’s far out, fun, and full of spirit.
Join us as we bring a little peace & love to Croatan this Halloween season!

CWC Boo Baskets 🎃
This year, the Croatan Women’s Club is launching a fun new tradition — Boo Baskets! It’s a playful, neighborly way to promote our organization, connect with the community and spread a little Halloween spirit throughout Croatan.
Here’s how it works:
Assemble three Halloween-themed CWC Boo Baskets filled with candy, small toys, and festive treats.
Don’t forget the grown-ups — tuck in something special for parents too (mom and dad love wine or coffee).
Print the CWC Boo Basket flyer, pop one into each basket, and under cloak of night, secretly deliver Boo Baskets to the porches of three of your neighbors — ideally families with trick-or-treat-aged children.
👉 Timing matters! Please plan to deliver your CWC Boo Baskets during the week before Halloween.
This way, the fun has time to spread throughout the neighborhood before trick-or-treat night.
It’s that simple! Each family that receives a basket will keep the chain going, and soon the neighborhood will be full of surprise treats, laughter, and seasonal spirit.
